Sign up, pick a plan, and download. One installer, no admin rights; it updates itself.

Installer

Start menu and desktop shortcuts, an uninstaller and automatic updates. Your settings, logs and projects are kept separately and survive updates and uninstalling.

Version 0.2.5 · about 100 MB · always the latest stable release. Downloads are on your dashboard after you sign up (plans from $20 a seat a month). The portable zip is for PCs that can't run installers: unzip it anywhere and it updates itself too.

From install to first one-line

About five minutes, most of it EasyPower starting up.

  1. Sign up and download

Create your account, choose Basic, Starter or Advanced, and download the installer from your dashboard.

  2. Run the installer and open Dazzle Agent

No admin rights needed. It installs for your Windows account and adds Start-menu and desktop shortcuts.

  3. Sign in to the app

Use the same account you signed up with. The AI comes with your plan, so there is nothing else to set up.

  4. Let it start EasyPower

Dazzle Agent starts its own EasyPower inside the window (about 20 seconds). An EasyPower you already have open is left alone.

  5. Create a project and add your documents

Each project is a folder on your PC. Drag single-line PDFs, schedules and EasyPower exports onto the file list.

  6. Ask

Try “Build the one-line from the single-line diagram in this project”, “Run a short circuit study and list the five highest bus fault currents” or “What equipment is missing data?”.

Updates

An installed copy checks for updates shortly after it starts and every few hours, then downloads them in the background. The title bar shows Restart to update. If you just close the app, the update installs then. Nothing restarts while you're working.

Firms that test releases first can use the beta channel. An installed copy stays on the channel it was installed from.

Troubleshooting

Report it from the app

The report button in the title bar sends an issue with a screenshot or a short recording of the window. Every message has a trace ID (right-click → Copy trace ID) that support can look up.

Send the log

Settings → Updates & about → Open logs, and send the newest .log file.
