Dazzle Agent for engineering firms
A build of Dazzle Agent set up for your firm: your company sign-in, your monitoring, your issue tracker, and your engineers' conventions in the agents.
What your firm's build includes
Company single sign-on
Engineers sign in with the work account your company already uses, as in other desktop tools. Limit it to your organization, to assigned users only, and to your email domains. No client secret and nothing stored on our side.
No IT ticket to install
A per-user installer: no admin rights, Start-menu shortcuts and an uninstaller. A portable zip is available for locked-down PCs. Stable and beta channels let a few engineers test each release first.
Usage you can see
Who used it, for which projects, which tools ran, tokens and errors, sent over OpenTelemetry to New Relic or any OTLP backend. Every chat message is one trace you can look up by ID.
Issues straight to your tracker
The in-app report button files a Jira ticket with a screenshot or a short recording, the log and the trace ID. Without a connection it saves the report on the PC, so nothing is lost.
Your conventions, as data
Equipment ID formats, defaults, units and report templates live in reference files your engineers can read and change, not in hidden prompts.
One budget for the team
Advanced and Enterprise plans share one monthly credit budget across seats, with usage by engineer and project. The AI is included: no accounts or keys to hand out.
Data handling
What the app reads, what it sends, and where it is kept.
| What | Where it lives | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|
| Project documents | Your PC, in the project's folder. Generated imports, one-lines and reports go there too. | You. The parts the agent reads are sent to the AI model to be processed. |
| Chat messages | Sent to the AI model to be processed. | The AI provider, for processing only. |
| Sign-in | Your company work account. The sign-in is remembered encrypted with Windows DPAPI for the engineer's Windows account. | Only that Windows account. |
| Usage data | Default level: who, when, how long, project name, tools and skills used, tokens, errors. Never prompts, answers, tool output or file contents. Credentials are stripped. Can be set to off. | The monitoring account your build reports to. |
| EasyPower | Your licensed installation. The app starts and closes only its own instance and backs up a .dez before editing it. | Unchanged. |
